Call for Papers & Posters

We invite extended abstracts and posters on construction robotics, Physical AI, and closely related fields.

Submission Tracks

Track 1

Paper Track

Contributed papers that constitute novel, original research in construction robotics or closely related fields. Papers cannot be an existing paper that is published or under review.

Submit extended abstracts of about 3–4 pages in IEEE conference paper format, including references. Authors may optionally include a link to a 2–3 minute video presentation if their work involves visualization, robot operation, etc.

Accepted papers will be made publicly available on the workshop website, and authors will be invited to present at the poster session. Three best papers, voted on by the committee members, will be invited to give a 5-minute spotlight presentation. Best papers will also be invited to extend their work into a Special Collection at ASCE’s Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering.

Track 2

Poster-only Track

Posters that can be either based on a prior publication or novel work. Authors with an original paper may submit it to both tracks.

Accepted posters will be presented during the poster session on the day of the workshop, where authors can discuss emerging ideas with participants, especially early-career researchers. Authors should print and bring their own posters; space for up to 40 posters will be provided.

There is no specific template for posters. Choose the format that best represents your research.
